The VP Marketing is a key role and will be responsible for both bringing new users to CrossPrep and increasing engagement of existing users. The right candidate will have the experience and capability to employ a large variety of marketing tools to get results. To begin the position will be hands on. As success is achieved a team will be built.
Responsibilities:
Bring new users to the platform and increase engagement of existing users.
Responsible for all campaign metrics, including LTV and ROI of all campaign initiatives.
Be a thought leader and evangelize the value of CrossPrep platform.
Work closely with business development to grow professional user base.
Develop go to market strategy, positioning, launch programs, and pricing strategies for new innovations.
Be the highly visible, high-profile spokesperson with press and analysts and at speaking engagements.
Shared ownership and responsibility for all outward facing materials.
Requirements:
We don't have an experience or time working requirement.
Stellar public speaking skills.
Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative products.
Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
Willing and able to start in a 'doing' role and build an effective team as success and growth are achieved.
The most important aspect for the right candidate will be to have the passion and imagination to bring CrossPrep to a broad market.
