Project; A Napa Valley Wedding

December 6, 2016

Did you know that a wedding has nearly 40 major goals that need to be accomplished?  An example of a goal would be pick a wedding location.  Under that pick a location goal would be several locations set as tasks.  Each task requires detail research and communications.  Times and dates need to be set.  Responsibility allocated.  And decision made.  On balance a wedding is one of the more expensive and complex personal projects a group of people can be involved in.  Organization is crucial to getting great the results and harmony.

At HiveBoard we look at many personal and professional project types when considering what capabilities should go into the platform.  In addition to everything else we might consider also always look at capabilities to make sure they pass the wedding test.  In other words, if it can make planning a wedging better then it can probably make planning almost anything better.
